Blue - 10x300 Seconds, Bin 1x1

Post Processing:

ImagesPlus:  Dark and flat calibration, align and combine, LRGB Combine, digital development

Photoshop CS4:  Smart sharpen, levels, curves, saturation

NeatImage:  Noise reduction

 

This is a stunning reflection nebula in Cepheus centered around 7th magnitude star, SAO 19158.  The star is situated just behind a vast dust cloud which reflects it's light primarily in the blue wavelengths giving the nebula its lovely blue color.
