Jupiter at f/20

 

 

The largest of all the planets and two of its satellites, Europa on the left and Ganymede on the right.  This is my best shot to date of this planet.

Telescope:  Meade LX200 GPS 10" SCT, f/20

Camera:  Meade LPI

Capture Software:  Autostar Suite

Settings: Auto Jupiter

Exposure Count:  30 frames

Method:  Stacked, aligned and wavelet processed in Registax.  Balanced in Photoshop.
